The protection of your personal data is of great importance to me. This data protection notice informs you in accordance with Art. 13 and Art. 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) about the personal data collected, processed and used when you visit this website.

This website serves to present my services as an Interim Sales Leader and is aimed at companies and decision-makers looking for an experienced sales leader on an interim basis.

3. Hosting and Website Provision

This website is hosted by IONOS (1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files. These include:

IONOS is based in Germany. All data is processed exclusively on servers within the European Union. No data is transferred to third countries through the hosting.

4. Fonts (Locally Hosted)

This website uses the fonts Crimson Pro, Heebo and Inter (licensed under the SIL Open Font License) for consistent text display. The fonts are hosted locally on the web server and loaded from there.

When loading the fonts, no connection to external servers (such as Google Fonts) is established. Therefore, no personal data is transmitted to third parties. No consent is required for this.

5. Website Framework and Content from Gamma

This website is technically based on the platform Gamma (Gamma Tech, Inc., San Francisco, USA). The following resources are loaded directly from Gamma servers:

7. Cloudflare

This website uses services provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare provides, among other things, a Content Delivery Network (CDN) and security features. When you access the website, your request may be routed through Cloudflare servers, during which your IP address and other technical data may be processed.

Data processing is carried out for the purpose of scheduling appointments on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through active use of the booking tool). Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

This website contains links to external websites, in particular to my LinkedIn profile (linkedin.com) and my DDIM profile (managerportal.ddim.de).

By clicking these links, you leave my website. The respective privacy policies of the operators apply to data processing on the linked pages. I have no influence on the collection, processing or use of personal data by third parties.

The DDIM favicon is loaded from managerportal.ddim.de when the website is accessed. Your IP address may be transmitted to the DDIM server in the process. The integration is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you contact me by email, the personal data you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of the message) will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry.
